Lombok Tengah - Nilai proyek pembangunan kereta gantung Gunung Rinjani naik tiga kali lipat. Semula proyek itu direncanakan menelan anggaran Rp 2,2 triliun tersebut, tapi belakangan naik menjadi Rp 6,7 triliun.
Production Manager PT Indonesia Lombok Resort, Ahui, mengatakan penambahan nilai proyek kereta gantung tersebut karena tingkat kesulitan pembangunan tiang-tiang penyangga sepanjang 10 kilometer di kawasan Hutan Karang Sidemen, Kecamatan Batukliang, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
"Ya akan ada penambahan jumlah tiang kereta gantung. Karena lokasinya tiang penyangganya itu kondisi bebatuan masih relatif berusia muda. Jadi fondasi harus lebih dalam dan lebih besar," ungkapnya kepada detikBali, Rabu (10/1/2024).
Ahui mengatakan seusai hasil survei ekologi dan fauna yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan pada akhir tahun 2023, pihaknya menemukan beberapa tingkat kerumitan pembangunan tiang penyangga kereta gantung Rinjani.
Lebih jauh, tim yang melakukan survei ekologi dan fauna di Gunung Rinjani menemukan tingkat erosi di kawasan tiang penyangga kereta gantung masih masif setelah gempa pada 2018.
"Jadi semua potensi dampak negatif kami akan dievaluasi. Termasuk dampak negatif dan positif di kalangan masyarakat," ujarnya.
Selain itu, ada beberapa penambahan wahana yang akan dibangun di kawasan pintu masuk Hutan Karang Sidemen, Lombok Tengah, salah satunya panggung untuk pentas budaya.
"Kami jadwalkan nanti para seniman pentas satu kali seminggu. Selain itu juga ada wisata taman, waterboom, budidaya jamur, botani garden dan beberapa restoran," ujarnya.
Meski demikian dengan adanya penambahan jumlah investasi itu tidak mempengaruhi harga retribusi. "Benar tetap di rencana awal Rp 600 ribu perorangan satu kali naik," tukas Ahui.
Plt Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal Perizinan Satu Pintu Provinsi NTB Wahyu Hidayat membenarkan adanya penambahan nilai investasi di dalam rencana proyek Kereta Gantung Rinjani. "Benar ada penambahan," kata Wahyu.
Saat ini progres pembangunan kereta gantung masih dalam tahap penyusunan AMDAL dan tahap sosialisasi ke masyarakat.
"Target awal mereka (menyusun AMDAL) adalah 6 bulan. Tapi tentu ada dinamika dalam penyusunannya terutama ketika proses sosialisasi AMDAL kepada masyarakat sekitar pembangunan kereta gantung," ujarnya.
Menurut Wahyu, dengan bertambahnya nilai investasi tersebut, pemerintah pun menekankan agar investasi yang dilakukan di NTB memprioritaskan penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal.
"Dari awal sudah didampingi, termasuk dari masyarakat setempat. Yang jelas kami prioritaskan masyarakat lokal. Tapi namanya juga masyarakat banyak, tentu beda-beda pemikirannya," tutup Wahyu.

Mataram, detik.com - Rencana pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani di kawasan hutan Desa Karang Sidemen, Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), ditentang para mangku di Kecamatan Sembalun, Lombok Timur. Mangku adalah orang yang bertanggung jawab secara adat untuk menjaga gunung.
Mangku sekaligus tokoh adat Desa Sembalun Bumbung, Sayyidina Muhammad, mengatakan penolakan pembangunan kereta Gantung Rinjani tersebut bukan tanpa dasar. Adanya kereta gantung itu dinilai akan merusak alam di Rinjani.
"Rencana pembangunan ini sangat membuat kami terluka. Kami sangat tidak mengizinkan walaupun itu dipercaya akan berdampak pada efek ekonomi di masyarakat," ujar pria yang kerap disapa Haedi ini kepada detikBali, Selasa (9/1/2024).
Menurut Haedi, pembangunan kereta gantung ini akan membuka pembangunan-pembangunan baru di kawasan Gunung Rinjani. Misalnya seperti resort, hotel, dan restoran.
"Apakah mereka cukup sampai di situ saja. Nanti ada hotel di Rinjani. Karena kan keinginan manusia tidak berhenti sampai sana saja. Bukan kami saja menerima dampaknya tapi habitat yang ada di sana juga," ujarnya.
Haedi mengatakan pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani yang diwacanakan untuk meningkatkan lapangan pekerjaan di tengah masyarakat juga dinilai salah kaprah.
Menurutnya, justru mata pencaharian masyarakat di kaki Gunung Rinjani yang hilang.
"Lalu gunanya di masyarakat mana? Masyarakat kan tidak banyak dapat keuntungan dari aktivitas itu nanti. Bahkan itu akan menghilangkan mata pencaharian para porter di Sembalun, Senaru, dan wilayah lainnya," ujar Haedi.
Menurutnya, saat ini para tokoh adat, mangku, serta masyarakat di Lombok Timur akan terus bersuara menolak rencana pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani.
"Kami bersuara semampu kami berdoa dan sebagainya. Para mangku ini bukan orang pemerintahan. Kami berusaha menolak dengan cara kami sendiri," pungkas Haedi.
Terpisah, Production Manager PT Indonesia Lombok Resort, Ahui, mengaku tidak khawatir dengan adanya penolakan pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani dari kalangan mangku di Kecamatan Sembalun Lombok Timur.
Menurut Ahui, penolakan itu imbas dari ketidakpahaman masyarakat terkait proyek pembangunan kereta gantung yang sama sekali tidak merusak jalur pendakian dan kawasan Gunung Rinjani.
"Jalur pembangunan kereta gantung sepanjang 10 kilometer itu sama sekali tidak akan mengganggu jalur pendakian Rinjani. Jadi salah kaprah jika bilang ini mengganggu jalur pendakian. Ini khusus untuk wisata alam," ujar Ahui kepada detikBali.
Ahui menyebut perusahaan telah memberikan sosialisasi terkait rencana pembangunan kereta gantung kepada masyarakat di Desa Karang Sidemen yang merasakan dampak langsung atas pembangunan tersebut.
"Kami sudah sosialisasi kemarin dan mereka belum tahu. Mereka yang menolak itu orang tertentu yang dihasut sama pemerhati lingkungan. Pakai alibi lingkungan. Jadi pembangunan ini tidak ada hubungannya dengan jalur pendakian," tegas Ahui.
Menurut Ahui, kereta gantung Rinjani tidak akan mungkin merusak jalur pendakian di Sembalun, Senaru, Torean, dan Aik Berik karena berbeda lokasi.
"Jadi bagi pecinta alam memang yang suka mendaki tidak mungkin naik kereta gantung karena tidak sampai puncak Rinjani. Bahkan kita tidak bisa ke Danau Segara Anak. Karena konsep awalnya ini untuk menikmati pemandangan kaki Gunung Rinjani di Karang Sidemen," katanya.
Ahui juga memastikan pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani tidak akan menghilangkan pekerjaan para porter di Gunung Rinjani.
"Jadi tidak hubungannya sama sekali sama porter. Karena ini memang khusus bukan untuk tujuan mendaki. Jauh sekali pemasarannya," katanya.
Sementara itu, Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal Perizinan Satu Pintu Provinsi NTB, Wahyu Hidayat, mengatakan progres pembangunan kereta gantung Rinjani terus berlanjut.
Menurut Wahyu, tim survei internal dari PT Indonesia Lombok Resort telah melakukan survei geologi dan flora fauna di jalur tiang kereta gantung pada akhir 2023.
"Sudah dilakukan survei. Setelah itu baru merancang kebutuhan anggaran dan dokumen Analisis Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL)," ujarnya.
Wahyu memperkirakan proses penyusunan AMDAL dan penyusunan estimasi anggaran akan berlangsung selama enam bulan ke depan. Ada pun kegiatan konstruksi setelah AMDAL disetujui membutuhkan waktu selama 1,5 sampai dengan 2 tahun.
"Kegiatan konstruksi direncanakan akan dimulai pada 2024," pungkasnya.

Dorna Sports officially released the 2024 MotoGP schedule on Wednesday (27/9/2023). The Mandalika Circuit will again hold the world's best motorbike racing next year in the 17th series.
The 2024 MotoGP calendar consists of 22 series divided into 18 countries. Spain is the country with the most, holding four races with the Spanish MotoGP, Catalunya MotoGP, Aragon MotoGP and Valencia MotoGP.

Di Pesisir Pantai Nambung, Dusun Pengantap Desa Buwun mas Kecamatan Sekotong - Lombok Barat terdapat fenomena alam yang sangat unik. Pantai Nambung yang dijuluki "Tanjung Jagog" ini dipenuhi batuan karang yang besar bak Green Canyon di luar negeri sana. Deretan batuan karang yang tinggi tersebut ketika disapu oleh ombak besar yang datang dari sisi timur selatan akan membentuk sebuah panorama alam yang keren. Hantaman ombak yang datang ke batu karangnya akan terlihat seperti sebuah Air Terjun.
Pantai Nambung terletak di bagian selatan Pulau Lombok, berbatasan dengan Samudera Hindia yang berombak besar dan bergulung gulung. Ini kemudian menyebabkan beberapa titik di lokasi perbatasan samudera tersebut lebih menjadi prioritas tempat surfing atau berselancar, kurang aman untuk berenang atau bersnorkeling dengan keluarga dan anak anak.
Akan tetapi, dengan isi lautnya yang lebih banyak dihuni oleh ikan ikan berukuran besar dan monster, lokasi perairan yang berupa teluk di bagian ini juga sering kali menjadi tujuan memancing dan menangkap ikan para nelayan nelayan luar Lombok.
Pantai Nambung dengan Air Terjun Asin nya di Tanjung Jagog kini menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata Lombok yang mulai dilirik para pelancong asing maupun lokal. Sebuah hempasan ombak besar yang diikuti dengan turunnya air laut di tebing bebatuan dan karang setinggi 10 meter, menghadirkan view air terjun yang menakjubkan, aliran Air Terjun Asin ini hampir mirip dengan view air terjun Benang Stokel atau Benang Kelambu di Wilayah Lombok Tengah sana.
Keindahan Air Terjun Tanjung Jagog ini seringkali menggoda hati para pengunjungnya untuk mengabadikan moment-moment indah itu, namun saran saya jangan sekali sekali mencoba untuk memanjakan diri di bawah aliran air terjun tersebut hanya demi sebuah dokumentasi keren atau sekedar uji nyali, karena beberapa waktu yang lalu seorang pengunjung remaja yang mencoba uji nyali dibawah aliran air terjun ini mengalami cidera patah tulang punggung karena dihempas oleh terjangan air terjun ke bebatuan.
Pemandangan pesisir pantai berpasir putih seperti merica juga bisa anda temui ditempat ini, karena pantai Nambung ini masih segaris dengan wilayah Pantai Kute, Pantai Mawun ataupun Pantai Selong Belanak di Lombok Tengah sana. Selain lautan yang membiru dengan pemandangan gunung gunung indah di pinggirnya, Pantai Nambung juga masih dikategorikan destinasi wisata yang baru di Lombok, kenyamanan yang terkesan alami, keramahtamahan penduduk setempat, ataupun fasilitas fasilitas umum yang agak susah anda temui ditempat ini, bahkan untuk sekedar parkirpun anda harus menitipkan kendaraan di rumah rumah penduduk sekitarnya.
Untuk menuju ke Air Terjun Pantai Nambung, sebaiknya anda memakai kendaraan pribadi atau menggunakan jasa transportasi charter di sekitar wilayah Gerung. Jika starting point adalah Kota Mataram, anda membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 2.5 Jam untuk mencapai Pantai Nambung, rutenya dari Mataram kemudian menuju Gerung dan terus ke arah Pelabuhan Lembar. Di pertigaan Segenter (Lembar) anda belok kiri menuju rute wilayah Sekotong. Jika sampai di Sekotong Tengah (ditandai dengan kantor polisi Sektor Sekotong sebelum pertigaan), setibanya di pertigaan Sekotong belok kiri saja, anda akan melalui jalur Teluk Sepi sekitar 8Km dengan akses jalan yang sudah beraspal bagus. Setelah melewati tanjakan dan turunan sepanjang 2Km ke arah Teluk Sepi, lurus saja di pertigaan Pasar Buwun Mas sejauh 4km ke arah timur. Sepanjang 1km sebelum mencapai Pantai Nambung anda akan disuguhkan dengan view pantai yang indah di sisi kanan jalan dengan beberapa gili di tengahnya.

Sepanjang perjalanan dari Teluk Sepi ke Pantai Nambung memang terkesan sedikit sepi, namun tidak perlu khawatir, daerah ini cukup aman walaupun menyisiri tepian bebukitan dan sisi pantai yang dipenuhi pepohonan sejenis Mangrove. Sesampainya di sebuah tikungan dengan view bukit dan menanjak, anda akan melihat sebuah papan nama sederhana bertuliskan Pantai Nambung yang dibuat oleh warga. Mampir saja di rumah rumah penduduk dan tanyakan lokasi Tanjung Jagog, anda bisa memarkirkan kendaraan anda di rumah rumah penduduk atau di tempat parkir umum yang sudah di sediakan.
Dari area rumah penduduk, anda harus berjalan kaki sejauh 500 meter menyisir pasir putih dan bebatuan pinggir pantai untuk menyaksikan fenomena alam yang cantik ini. Berhati-hatilah melewati bebatuannya, karena selain licin bebatuan ini juga sedikit tajam. Jika kurang yakin untuk berjalan sendiri, cari saja sebuah gubuk sederhana terdekat dengan air terjun tersebut, seorang nelayan tua bernama Pak Tahir akan senang sekali membantu anda menuju lokasi air Terjun asin Tanjung Jagog.
Untuk mendapatkan view air terjun yang dahsyat, datanglah di kisaran jam 10.00 pagi sampai jam 03.00 sore, karena saat air laut surut maka volume ombak yang datang dan membentuk aliran air terjun akan kurang besar atau bahkan tidak ada sama sekali. Untuk pilihan akomodasi atau hotel di sekitar tempat ini belum ada, namun anda bisa memilih beberapa hotel terbaik yang ada di wilayah Sekotong Barat diantaranya adalah Cocotinus Sekotong, Krisna Bungalows, Villa Yukie dan lainnya.
